Precision CNC Machined, Stainless Steel Housing for the Motion Control Industry

Precision Machine Company, Inc was approached by a client in the motion control industry to apply our expertise in precision CNC machining, to manufacture a 303 stainless steel motor housing. The customer supplied us with specifications, including size, tolerances, and materials, we worked closely with them to be sure we fulfilled all of their needs.

Our expert team performed CNC milling and CNC turning using our state-of-the-art equipment, then assembled the product. Working within tolerances of ±.0002″, the finished stainless steel motor housing measured 2.00″ long, 1.25″ wide, and 1.25″ high, and featured a finish of 23 RMS.

Producing 2 to 10 parts at a time, we carefully inspected each part throughout the entire process. Upon delivering the finished product to our client, they were highly pleased with the work we had done.
