Computer-Aided and Conventional Balancing Services
Specializing in computer-aided and conventional balancing, Precision Machine Company, Inc maintains a climate controlled shop to ensure we hold tight tolerances. We’re happy to serve a range of industries, including industrial and commercial sectors, and our balancing services are appropriate for machine parts and assemblies, production and process machinery, repair parts, and more-we work with pulley, flywheel, and shaft part types. When it comes to computer-aided balancing, we work with parts up to 100 pounds in weight, up to 12 inches in diameter, and up to 24 inches in length.. For conventional balancing we can accommodate parts up to 300 pounds, 24 inches in diameter, and 96 inches in length. In addition to computer-aided and conventional balancing services, Precision Machine Co. offers several secondary services, including bending for pipe and tubing up to 3 inches in outside diameter, and grinding. We accept a range of file formats, including MasterCAM (MDX, MC8, MC9, and SET).
